The Pueblo Alcazar* Company is located in Cabrera, State of Maria Trinidad Sanchez, Dominican Republic on the North Coast of the Island of Hispaniola. The Pueblo Alcazar emerged from two different companies offering different services in a related field. The Atlantis Company and Dominican Mortgage Broker C por A came together after a joint exploration of a proposed development. The principals of both companies realized the skills and compatibility offered by the other, later while working on another joint project both parties recognized that working together was more than just getting a project constructed but that each company helped to make the other more optimal. It was simply a good fit and beneficial to both companies and out of that came Pueblo Alcazar. |

Pueblo Alcazar encompasses four distinct programs:
1. Alcazar Development, Design and Construction Company
is headed by Renato Visetti. Renato is also the Vice President of Pueblo Alcazar. Alcazar Development & Construction Company offers: Spanish Style Architecture that integrates Modern Accents with Old World Art, Antiques and Objects into a contemporary design. The Alcazar Development can design, construct or renovate to your standard. Alcazar Development also offers a three year guarantee on all new construction.
2. Alcazar Real Estate
is headed by Dagmar Rogers. Dagmar is also the President of Pueblo Alcazar. Alcazar Real Estate Alcazar Realty offers exclusive listings on new construction, renovation, up-scale homes, acreage or the lot that fits your budget.
3. Dominican Mortgage Broker C Por A
is headed by Larry Rogers. Larry is the Secretary for Pueblo Alcazar. DMB is a full service finance company that offers project development finance and individual mortgage options. DMB will also write your business plans, develop proforma, executive summary as well as all other business documents required to obtain hard money, equity partner, or other types of investment loans.

The Alcazar Foundation
is headed by Nicole Visetti. Nicole is also the Vice President of The Alcazar Development, Design and Construction Company. Alcazar Foundation is a non-profit organization originally founded by The Atlantis Company, later The Alcazar Development & Construction Company. The purpose of the foundation is to provide community support for Poverty Relief, Education Advancement, Recreation & Sports, Public Safety and assistance for the Sick & Disabled.
